We are looking for an experienced, organised and driven full time CRM and LOYALTY
MANAGER to join our small team based in London UK.

We live and love e-commerce! Although based in London we primarily operate in the natural hair
extension space in the USA market, serving African – America women.

We are a fast paced and highly ambitious team, who are now looking for an equally ambitious social and content manager to help us continue to grow.

Reporting into the founder and CEO, this role will be responsible for helping to shape the customer strategy, planning and executing business as usual email campaigns as well as Boho Locs triggered customer communication
journeys.  This role is additionally responsible for the efficient management and ongoing optimisation of our customer
loyalty program, our on site email and SMS lead generation and blog management.

 

The right person will be customer-obsessed, and data driven, bringing analytical thinking to the role and wider team.

Responsabilities:
  • Lead operational delivery, optimisation & reporting of all
    email campaigns, including performance metrics & ROI
  • Writing copy or briefing all copy and
    creative requirements to the creative team in a timely manner. 
  • Checking all creative for accuracy and tone
    of voice.
  • Develop and deliver initiatives to
    grow the email marketing database and drive customer account openings
  • Using database management platform to
    run and segment data, creating custom audiences for email and for marketing
    colleagues e.g. Performance marketing.
  • Work with Founder and CEO to develop,
    plan, create & deploy effective, automated life-cycle campaigns
  • Leverage data and customer insight to
    constantly improve our customer journey and channel ROI.
  • Build, run and refresh weekly and
    monthly customer data and CRM reports for use by the wider team
  • Manage all aspects of the loyalty
    program (customer advocacy programme) – adding new tasks, updating rewards,
    collating survey results etc. – ensuring delivery of a highly engaging consumer
    experience
  • Blog Management
  • On site email and SMS list building

Role KPIs – Loyalty and CRM metrics incl. CLTV; campaign ROI



Required Education, Skills and Qualifications:
  • Confident with data and an understanding of campaign analytics
  • Functional skills (Klaviyo experience)
  • Highly analytical
  • Bias for customer insight/ data-based decision making
  • Commercially aware, with strong organisational and planning
    skills; has excellent attention to detail, creative and numerical skills, and
    is a confident communicator
  • Creative with a customer-first approach

and content manager to help us continue to grow.

Our Social, Content and Community Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media,
influencer and content strategy and managing our community in order to increase
our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will be working closely with the whole team including the CEO and it will be a very hands-on role.

Responsabilities:
  • Managing the content output
    for the brand online presence
  • Devise our social media strategy,
    influencer strategy and content strategy.
  • Optimising content on the
    website, focusing on boosting SEO rankings and improving CRO
  • Producing content, including
    on-site content, imagery, video, written content and blogs
  • Managing multiple social media
    accounts simultaneously, including Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram,
    YouTube, Pinterest and growing us on Tik Tok
  • Expand and manage the social
    media presence to increase their following, brand awareness and drive traffic
    to the website
  • Provide digital and
    social analytics and analysis to help optimise activity
  • Managing the yearly, monthly
    and weekly content and social strategies in order to increase growth across the
    business
  • Researching various topics to
    create engaging and relevant content for the site / social media, and executing
    this content
  • Managing paid social media
    agency. Monitoring their campaigns, monthly budgets and reporting the ROI
  • Protect the brand image,
    monitoring activity, competitor activity and online mentions
  • Keeping abreast of topical/current
    trends and ways to increase brand awareness for the company
  • Arranging frequent content shoots
    and photoshoots: for all content.
  • Managing the delivery of content
    and assets.
  • Weekly reporting.


About You:
  • You must be extremely organised
    and ambitious.
  • 3+ years of experience as a
    Social Media Specialist or similar role
  • Social Media Strategist using
    social media for brand awareness and impressions
  • Excellent knowledge of
    Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Tik Tok, Google+ and other
    social media best practices
  • Understanding of SEO and web
    traffic metrics
  • Good understanding of Google Analytics
  • Experience with doing audience
    and buyer persona research
  • Good understanding
    of social media KPIs
  • Familiarity with
    web design and publishing
  • Excellent
    multitasking skills
  • Great leadership
    skills
  • Critical thinker
    and problem-solving skills
