We are currently recruiting for the below position, the ideal candidate will live in London and have experience in customer service and/or admin. Full training will be given!

You will be required to work from home and meet with the team weekly for updates and team meetings!


Job Role: Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic individual to join our small team as a Customer Service Representative. In this position you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will be responsible for making sure that excellent service is provided to all our customers and that expectations are met.


  • Delivering excellent customer service
  • Answering general customer enquires and questions
  • Using Shopify and E-fulfilment to track and manage orders
  • Handling all returns and exchanges that come through to the warehouse
  • Physically shipping orders at the post office
  • Quickly and efficiently resolving order issues
  • Dealing and resolving customer complaints efficiently
  • Updating folders in drive with relevant information and pictures
  • Approving Customer Reviews via Loox reviews
  • Handling other ad-hoc duties
