We get A LOT of questions about shipping, shipping methods, and all that jazz so we've decided to formulate this little blog post, to address the most frequently asked shipping related questions.
First things first …
What happened to the UK website?
As some of you may already be aware of, we NO longer have a UK website
YESS, we know ...
The reasons for this are so
- we can better consolidate our stock in ONE location rather than TWO
- we can offer you all the same selection of products whether you're based in the USA, UK, CANADA or elsewhere around the world
What is the ETA processing time?
This is definitely the most frequently asked question we get.
We also often get questions like the following:
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
I ORDERED MY LOCS ON MONDAY, WHY HASN’T IT SHIPPED YET?
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER FOR IT TO SHIP OUT?
You get the idea right?
All these questions are related to the processing time of an order. The processing time is the time it takes to process your order before it ships out to you.
In other words, this is the time between you placing your order and the order being shipped out.
The longest processing can take is 72 hours. BUT this is VERYYY rare
On average the processing time is usually ONLY 24 hours
OK, so this means LADIES when working out the ETA you NEED to make sure you factor in the processing time.
Your order WILL NOT ship out the moment you place the order nor will it necessarily ship out 2 hours after you place the order. For most orders, packages will ship out after 24 hours have passed.
This is particularly important to do during launch seasons which for us are usually the busiest seasons and therefore busy seasons for our fulfillment center who manage ALL our orders.
Please note that if an order is placed on the weekend, it WILL NOT be seen nor begin processing until Monday morning 7am when our fulfillment center is open. And again, any orders that come through after 5pm will not begin processing until 7am the following morning.
All our orders are shipped directly from Michigan, USA.

MON – FRI
7AM – 5PM EST time
What shipping methods do we offer?

ALL shipping takes however many days it takes. These are BUSINESS DAYS!
So please ladies don’t be counting Sunday when tryna work out when your locs will reach you.
Oh but Saturday IS included as a business day

USA FREE SHIPPING (standard shipping 3 - 7 business days) $8.99 or sometimes on offer as FREE
Priority USA Shipping (USPS Priority 2 - 5 business days) $12.99
Express USA shipping (USPS 1 - 2 days) $30.00
FedEx Standard Overnight - USA shipping (delivery by 3pm next day. Order by 12pm) $70.00

What about tracking numbers?
Tracking numbers do not come out until 24 hours AFTER the order has been placed.
Basically how it works is, once the order is fully processed the tracking number will then become available. This is usually when you will receive an email notification letting you know that your order has been shipped and "this" is the tracking number for it.
