All orders are subject to a 1-2 business day lead time, meaning that your order’s shipping time will start after your order has been processed and picked up by the carrier. Please note this does not include weekends and holidays.

MY PACKAGE DIDN’T ARRIVE WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We’re sorry you haven’t received your package. Please check with your neighbors in case the item was misdelivered.
If the item is not with your neighbors, please contact us at info@boholocs.com with MISSING PACKAGE in the subject line.
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
No, we do not offer refunds but we are happy to offer exchanges provided your locs are returned to us in the same condition, unopened, undamaged and unused.
WHAT DOES IN THE SAME CONDITION MEAN?
This simply means as you received the hair.
We can not exchange any locs that have been washed, cut, or installed. The ties in the hair have not been cut. We will not do any exchanges on locs that have been altered in any way. No exceptions.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
While we do not offer refunds we are happy to offer exchanges within a 40 day window from your order date.
Any right of exchange will be met by the issuing of a set of replacement Boho Locs up to the same value of your order. If they products you are wanting to exchange for costs more we will send a Paypal invoice for the difference.
If you order a set of replacement Boho Locs that are lesser in value to your original order, we will refund you the difference via your initial payment method.
HOW DO I INITIATE AN EXCHANGE?
Please email our customer support team at info@boholocs.com with the relevant order number in the subject line, letting us know the item that you’d like to return and the product you’d like to exchange it for.
We will follow up with you in 24 hours with the exchange instructions.
We do not offer exchanges on sale items. All sale items are final. Please note, Club Boho points cannot be used with the on-sale items.DO I HAVE TO PAY TO SHIP THE ITEM BACK TO YOU?
Yes, all customers need to cover the cost of their returned items and we will provide the return shipping address once you contact us via email at info@boholocs.com

Once we receive your return tracking receipt, we will set up your exchange order and forward on tracking information once it is available.
