Shipping and Returns Policy
Where do your items ship from?
We currently have fulfilment centers in the good ol’ US of A, in Michigan.
We are in the process of setting up fulfilment in the UK and this will be completed by the end of FEB 2018.
ALL ORDERS ARE CURRENTLY DISPATCHING FROM MICHIGAN USA.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide and are making women look fabulous all over the globe!
What shipping methods do you use?
USA STANDARD GROUND 2 - 7 business days. (USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail International, FedEx Ground and FedEx Home Delivery)
USA PRIORITY 1 - 3 business days. USPS Priority Mail
CANADA STANDARD 7 - 10 business days. Asendia ePacket
CANADA PRIORITY 1 - 3 business days. Fed Ex International Priority Mail
UK and ROW STANDARD 7 - 21 business days. Asendia ePacket
When will my order be shipped?
Typically orders are shipped the next working day after you place your order. But on occasion it can sometimes take 2 working days to ship your order.
As a guideline we advise your order will be shipped no more than 72 hours after payment at the longest.
Do you provide tracking numbers?
Yes if we are sending your order with a service that provides tracking, this information will be emailed to you when the package has been shipped.
Do you accept refunds?
No we don’t offer refunds on our products but we will happily exchange any new, unused and unopened extensions.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes we do!
You can exchange any new, unopened, unused Boho Locs. Locs must be returned in the same condition you received them in. We are happy to exchange your locs within 14 days of the date you received your locs.
What does ‘in the same condition’ mean?
This simply means as you received the hair.
We can not exchange any locs that have been washed, cut, or installed. The ties in the hair have not been cut. We will not do any exchanges on locs that have been altered in any way. No exceptions.
Do I have to pay the return shipping fees?
Yes, you will be responsible to any return fees to get the locs back to us. Please email email@example.com to arrange your return.
We recommend using a delivery method that has tracking. Boho Locs is not responsible for any lost return items , ladies. Sorry.
How do I arrange a return?
Please email us first at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange your return, we will then provide you with the address for you to send your locs back to. That address will be in the USA or the UK depending on your closest location.
