We’re looking for someone who is passionate and pretty much obsessed with social and content and how it can be used to fuel business growth.
You will work alongside our Founder implementing the social and content part of our marketing strategy. We will need your insight to bring relevance into our strategy and campaigns. What’S hot. What’s not. Please tell us! You should live and breathe social media and be able to talk to us about trends and opportunities. You should have a keen eye for aesthetic and design.
When implementing the strategy you will track it to KPI’s. You will report back to the team weekly on wins, losses and lessons. You will A/B test ideas and concepts to find out what will win for us, and iterate the strategy as we go along.
Responsabilities:
-Research creative trends / sounds / audios and find briefs for social and content campaigns to create relevant content that fits our marketing objectives. -Create decks for creative direction of shoots / social and content campaigns. -Creating and managing the social and website asset lists to get the assets made and delivered on time. -Organising social and web content in folders for the editor and briefing them on the deliverables, working closely with the Founder on any revisions and ensuring timely delivery. -Support the production of photoshoots i.e. finding and contacting models, photographers, caterers, ensuring invoices are paid on time etc. -Supporting onsite at any Boho Locs photoshoots in all capacities e.g. getting behind the scenes phone footage, filming reels, tik toks and other content on phones etc. -Finding and contacting nano and micro-influencers that would be suitable brand ambassadors, to offer free hair to in exchange for content generation (or low cost). -Ensuring nano and micro-influencer content is delivered on time and at a suitable quality. -Facilitate and engage in conversations with customers online , maintaining engagement on all social platforms i.e. responding to Instagram and Facebook comments. -Creating some content for social media. (memes, social headers, social graphics) -Writing all social copy in brands tone of voice. -Develop and implement an optimal posting schedule taking into consideration metrics and engagement. -Managing multiple social media accounts simultaneously, including Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest and Tik Tok. -Working with the paid media team to ensure they have the assets they need to run paid ads with. Owning briefing editor for creative refreshes on all paid media. -Taking minutes of weekly social meetings with action points and ensuring that the document is circulated amongst all team members. -Other general administrative/ ad-hoc tasks. -Assist in the creation of a social calendar and kpi tracker. -Collect data to form weekly social and content reports
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications:
-Positive, go getter attitude and an eye for creative ideas -Strong familiarity with social platforms/trends (insta/Tik Tok most importantly) -Experience with Adobe photoshop or similar creative tools -Microsoft Office/Google Suite skills and good analytical skills are a plus -Works well in a group as well as independently. -Ability to work efficiently in line with stipulated deadlines. -Very strong communication skills. -The ability to learn and adapt quickly to different systems and processes -Strong administrative and organisational skills -Good ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
