Boho Locs Return & Exchange Policy
We are always here to help you! Thank you for shopping at Boho Locs.
If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase we invite you to review our policy on Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations.
EXCHANGES
While we do not offer refunds we are happy to offer exchanges within a 40 day window from your order date.
Any right of exchange will be met by the issuing of a set of replacement Boho Locs up to the same value of your order. If they products you are wanting to exchange for costs more we will send a Paypal invoice for the difference.
If you order a set of replacement Boho Locs that are lesser in value to your original order, we will refund you the difference via your initial payment method.
CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGES
In order to exercise Your right of exchange, You must inform us of your decision within 40 days of the order date by email. Hit us up at info@boholocs.com with your order number in the subject heading and let us know what product you would like to exchange for! We will then provide you with the next steps and the return shipping details.
EXCHANGES ELIGIBILITY
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a exchange/credit note, please make sure that:
- The products were purchased in the last 40 days
- The hair and all its contents are in the original packaging
- The original shipping slip & invoice has been included
- A photo of the receipt with the tracking number has been submitted
- The item you want to swap the Goods for has not been launched in the last 30 days
The following Goods cannot be exchanged:
- The hair has been worn in any way.
- The hair has been cut in any way.
- Any of the hair in the pack is missing.
- The gold ties in the packaging have been cut.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
SHIPPING YOUR BOHO LOCS BACK TO US
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning your locs to us.
Sadly, we cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a credit without actual receipt of the Goods.
HOW TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER
In the event of canceling your order; please email us at info@boholocs.com - include the word CANCEL in your subject line along with your order number and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
CANCELLATIONS
Express Shipping Orders
You are entitled to cancel your order within a 2 Hour window from when You purchased your order. You will receive your money back if cancelled within this 2 Hour window.
Standard Shipping Orders
You are entitled to cancel your order within a 2 Hour window from when You purchased your order. You will receive your money back if cancelled within this 2 Hour window.
After this time, it will not be possible to cancel your order, in the case of the returning of the goods, you will be issued with an exchange or a credit note (valid for 3 months after issue) .

SALE ITEMS
We do not offer exchanges on sale items. All sale items are final. Please note, Club Boho points can not be used with the on-sale items.
BOHO LOCS GIFT CARDS
No exchanges will be accepted on Gift Card purchases. Gift cards expire after one year. Incentive Rewards are valid for 3 months from issue date. Maximum reward of $25 per transaction.
