Boho Locs Return & Exchange Policy
ALL PURCHASES MADE DURING SALE PERIODS ARE FINAL. CODES ARE NOT APPLICABLE TO SALE ITEMS.
BLACK FRIDAY SALE RETURNS POLICY:
All sale items during our Black Friday Sale are final. This means items cannot be returned for exchanges, credit or refunds. If you receive your item and believe it to be faulty, then please email us at email@example.com within five days of receiving your order with photographic proof of damage.
Our normal exchange only policy will apply to all purchases made outside of the dates stipulated above.
WITH LOVE FROM BOHO LOCS GIFT CARDS:
No refunds/ exchanges will be accepted on Gift Card purchases. Gift cards will expire after one year. Incentive Rewards are valid for 3 months from issue date. Maximum reward of $25 per transaction.

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on Return, Exchanges and Cancellations.
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.
The words of which the initial letter is capitalised have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Company (referred to as either ;the Company;, ;We;, ;Us; or ;Our; in this Agreement) refers to Lulu Pierre Ltd, Lulu Pierre Limited 124 Finchley Road, London NW3 5JS, United Kingdom.
Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
Service refers to the Website.
Website refers to Boho Locs, accessible from www.boholocs.com
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
YOUR ORDER RIGHTS
You are entitled to cancel your order within a 2 Hour window from when You purchased your order. You will receive your money back if cancelled within this 2 Hour window.
You are entitled to cancel your order within a 6 Hour window from when You purchased your order. You will receive your money back if cancelled within this 6 Hour window.
After this time, it will not be possible to cancel your order, in the case of the returning of the goods, you will be issued with an exchange or a credit note (valid for 3 months after issue) .
HOW TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER

You are entitled to amend your order within a 2 Hour window from when You purchased your order. After this time, it will not be possible to amend to your order, to add to your order or change your shipping address. All sales will be final

HOW TO AMEND YOUR ORDER

We do not offer refunds on the Goods You purchase from us. We offer exchanges within a 40 day window from your Order date. Any right of exchange will be met by the issuing of a set of replacement Goods up to the same value of your order.
If You order a set of replacement Goods that are higher in value to your original order, we will invoice you the difference via PayPal.
If You order a set of replacement Goods that are lesser in value to your original order, we will refund you the difference via your initial payment method.
You are entitled to exchange Your Order within 40 days provided the Goods are in good condition as listed in CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGES
The deadline for exchanging an Order is 40 days from the date on which You received the Goods
In order to exercise Your right of exchange, You must inform Us of your decision within 40 days of the order time by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by email: firstname.lastname@example.org adding your Order Number in the Subject heading and detail the information and/or product selection to be exchanged.
CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGES
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a exchange/credit note, please make sure that:
- The Goods were purchased in the last 40 days
- The Goods and all its contents are in the original packaging
- The original shipping slip & invoice has been included
- A proof of return picture has been submitted;
- A photo of the receipt has been submitted
- The item you want to swap the Goods for has not been launched in the last 30 days
The following Goods cannot be exchanged:
- The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned and the gold ties have been damaged.
- The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
We will issue You with a credit note (valid for 3 months after issue) as soon you send us the proof of return in order to process your exchange. You will incur the standard shipping cost for the exchange.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us.
We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a credit without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any Sale items; There are no returns & exchanges… All sales items can not be returned.
