The Boho Digest- The Power of Her Voice, Victory, and Vision
June 2025 was undeniably a month where Black women continued to flex their incredible influence across the pop culture landscape. At Bolock Boho, we're all about celebrating strength, creativity, and the unapologetic spirit of self-expression. This month, we're shining a spotlight on four phenomenal women who truly embodied that essence.

Cardi B: Back "Outside" and Ready for Drama (and the BeyHive!)
Cardi B dominated music headlines in June! She dropped her highly anticipated new solo single, "Outside," on June 20, marking her first solo release of 2025. This fiery track immediately grabbed attention with its signature Cardi B energy and bold lyrics. But that wasn't all – she followed up with the massive announcement of her second studio album, Am I the Drama?, set to drop on September 19, 2025. The album will even include fan favorites "WAP" and "Up," giving them a much-deserved "home" on a full project.
And speaking of showing up to support greatness, Cardi B was also spotted living her best life at Beyoncé's "Cowboy Carter" tour stop in Paris on June 22! Rocking a show-stopping, horse-inspired Western outfit, Cardi proved that even when she's dominating the charts with her own hot new music, she's still a fan ready to celebrate her fellow queens. Her presence at the "Cowboy Carter" show was a true pop culture moment, highlighting the camaraderie and mutual respect among these powerhouse artists.

Beyoncé: The Unstoppable Force
And speaking of Queens who command the stage, Beyoncé continued to prove why she's in a league of her own. Even an unexpected technical glitch couldn't dim Beyoncé's light in June! During her "Cowboy Carter" tour stop in her hometown of Houston, the Queen herself faced a scary moment when her suspended red car prop tilted mid-air while performing "16 Carriages." But true to form, she handled it with grace and composure, calmly calling for a stop and reassuring her fans with a powerful "If ever I fall, I know y'all will catch me." This moment wasn't just a testament to her professionalism, but to the deep, reciprocal love between Beyoncé and the BeyHive. It reminded us that even in the face of unexpected challenges, a true queen commands her stage and her destiny.

Coco Gauff: Reigning Supreme at Roland Garros
What a monumental month for Coco Gauff! The tennis phenom clinched her first French Open title in June 2025, defeating world No. 1 Aryna Sabalenka in a thrilling three-set final. This victory marks her second Grand Slam singles title and firmly solidifies her place among the sport's elite. At just 21 years old, Gauff's triumph on the clay courts of Paris was a testament to her unwavering focus, powerful game, and mental fortitude. She's not just a rising star; she's a reigning champion, inspiring countless aspiring athletes and continuing to break barriers in the world of tennis.
