First, we have our morning chit-chat!
Close, personal bonds are important in professional spaces, too! So before we get down to business, we like to start the day with some morning chit-chat. From weekend vibes and plans to our dating lives and general gossip, this is our time to catch up with one another.
Then, we have our business meeting.
Now, here is where the workday really begins! Since each person has their own tasks to handle and complete for the week, we make it a point to discuss what needs to get done.
But make no mistake, we don't go it alone! We're a team, remember? So collaboration is key. This means we'll also take the time to build collective business objectives and find out productive and constructive ways to help one another as we go along.
BOSS BABE TIP 1: Teamwork is super important! Being able to lean on, trust, and collaborate with people who offer knowledge and valuable perspective is essential when running a successful business.
Now, It’s time to get to WORK!
After all the chit chat is done, now we get to the meat and potatoes of our operation—the work itself! This means that it's time to get started on all of the daily tasks and objectives we just went over in the meeting.
While our workload might look different from one day to the next, there are a few things we must do regularly to deliver great products and services to our tribe.
At Boho, there's a lot of technical work that leads the way for our creative objectives. But our first priority is making sure we keep our tribe in the loop!
We do this daily by keeping our social media posts fresh and updated, sending out customer texts and emails about what's going on in the community, and dealing with customer service needs and concerns to the best of our ability.
Not to mention that we do a lot to deliver Boho Locs goods to the tribe, starting with setting up photoshoots, and organizing launches for new (and improved!) styles.
Lunch. You know your girl gotta eat!
This is self-explanatory! After a long morning of being a boss babe, it's time to take a much-needed break to nourish my mind, body, and soul before the next half of the day.
BOSS BABE TIP 2: Going to lunch might seem like a silly thing to include in a daily routine, but so many of us forget to take breaks while chasing our goals! The bigger picture of this is to work hard and stay focused—but don't neglect yourself in the process. Believe it or not, self-care is an integral part of success.
Time to play with some hair.
The office is filled with old and new boho locs hair samples—some of which you've never even seen before! During this part of the day, we take some time to look through and discuss different styles currently available and if they need improvement or not.

We also get pretty creative and innovative here! If the day calls for it, we'll see if we can create a different color version of a Boho fav style, work through popular customer requests to see if they can be developed, and a whole bunch of other things as long as it's hair!
Daily round up and plan for the next day.
As the day comes to a close, there's still one more thing to do: recap the day we've had and plan for the next one! This helps us stay on track with our company goals and objectives by giving us a clear picture of what we've accomplished so far, and what we have left to do on our agenda.
BOSS BABE TIP 3: Remember that organization is key! Being organized will help you stay on top of all the different things you need to do when they should be done, and if you're feeling really productive, how they should be done.
