How do I book an appointment?
You can book an appointment by heading over to boholocs.com and visiting the hair studio page. There, you'll find a "Book" option. Alternatively, you can book through our social media platforms by clicking the link in our bio.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe and PayPal.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes, you can reschedule your appointment for up to 30 days from the original appointment date. Please note that we require 24 hours notice to change your appointment. Failure to provide 24 hours notice will result in your deposit being forfeited.
Are deposits refundable?
Our deposits are non-refundable. However, you can use your deposit to reschedule your appointment within 30 days of the original date.
What happens if I'm late for my appointment?
If you're more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and rescheduled for another day within 30 days. This is to ensure we stay on schedule for our other clients.
Can I walk in for an appointment?
No, we operate on an appointment-only basis. Please book your appointment in advance.

How do I know which install to book?
Browse our website and take screenshots of styles you like. You can also email us at [email address removed] with your preferences, and we'll be happy to advise you.
How should I prepare my hair for my appointment?
Please wash your hair the day before your appointment, blow dry it, and ensure it's tangle-free. Do not apply gels, heavy leave-ins, or heavy oils. Come with your hair in about four braids. You can bring your products with you.
Do you offer hair-washing services at the studio?
Currently, we do not offer hair-washing services.
Can I purchase Boho Locs in the studio?
Yes, you can purchase Boho Locs in the studio. Please check the UK stock on the tablet in the studio to see what's available. You'll need to pay a deposit, and we'll ensure the hair is available for you to collect at your appointment.
Do you install hair other than Boho Locs?
No, we only install Boho Locs.
How long will my install last?
We recommend keeping your install for 12 weeks.

Can I reuse my locs after removal?
Yes, most of our styles can be reused. However, for the Boho Seamless and Mermaid styles, we recommend taking them out completely for reusability. About 90% of our styles are reusable. Some styles may need a refresh after 12 weeks.
What's the difference between a full crochet install and a full individual crochet install?
A full individual crochet install involves applying single locs, allowing for versatile styling and parting anywhere. A full crochet install involves cornrowing the hair and crocheting the locs onto the cornrows. It's faster and easier to take down but offers fewer styling options.
Do you offer loc removal services?
Yes, we offer Boho Seamless and Mermaid removal services at this time.
Does the removal service include washing my hair?
No, we do not have washing facilities currently.
Will my locs be damaged during the removal process?
There might be some minor damage and wear, but nothing that will prevent you from reusing your locs. Many customers prefer their locs as they age.

We're located in Wembley, Northwest London.
What are your hours of operation?
We operate between 10 AM and 6 PM, 7 days a week, by appointment only.
