BOHO STUDIO SALON POLICIES
Arrival Preparation
- Please wash your hair the day before your appointment, blow dry it, and ensure it's tangle-free.
- Do not apply gels, heavy leave-ins, or heavy oils to your hair.
- Please arrive with your hair in approximately four braids.
- You are welcome to bring your own hair products with you.

Specific preparation instructions may be provided upon booking.
Photography and Social Media
- We take before and after photos of our clients to document our work and maintain client records. These photos are used for internal reference.

With your permission, we may also use these photos and/or shoot social media footage during your appointment for promotional purposes. We will always seek your consent before using your image in this way.
Appointment Cancellations and Rescheduling
- We require at least 24 hours notice for appointment changes.
- Failure to provide 24 hours notice will result in your deposit being forfeited.
- You can reschedule your appointment for up to 30 days from the original appointment date.
- Our deposits are non-refundable. However, you can use your deposit to reschedule your appointment within 30 days of the original date.
Lateness
- If you're more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and rescheduled for another day within 30 days.
- This is to ensure we stay on schedule for our other clients.
Rescheduling by the Salon
- If we need to reschedule your appointment due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternative appointment times that work with your schedule.
Service Satisfaction
- If you are dissatisfied with your service, please notify us within one week, and we will make every effort to rectify the issue.
Client Conduct
- We maintain a respectful and professional environment. We do not tolerate any form of abusive or disrespectful behavior towards our staff.
- By booking a hair service you agree to a professional client/stylist relationship.
