How long can I wear them?
Several weeks per install, depending on your lifestyle, care and preference.
Are they reusable?
Queen Locs are designed for extended wear within a single install. Some customers do reinstall them, but — unlike some of our styles — they're not positioned or guaranteed as reusable. Treat each set as one gorgeous, long install rather than a buy-once-wear-forever, and handle gently to keep the wave crisp.
Can I wash or swim in them?
Yes — they're water-friendly. Wash, condition and swim; the wave returns once dry. Just don't sleep on them damp — let them dry fully first.
Is this style good for first-timers?
Yes. The soft wave and lightweight feel make Queen Locs approachable whether it's your first set or your fifth.
Can I install them myself?
Yes — they're pre-looped for the crochet method, so you can install at home or with a stylist. Guides for every step are in the

Do I need to prep my own hair first?
Yes — going in with healthy, hydrated hair is the goal with any protective style. Deep condition beforehand, then, before you
braid down into your cornrow base, moisturise and seal with an oil or a light butter. The tutorial library walks you through it.
How many packs do I need?
One pack is a full head for this style — most customers have plenty left over. Add an extra pack only if you want more volume
