Always getting stopped on the street about my boho braids. Everyone loved the color. The longer you wear them, the better they look! Love that it comes with charms for the hair. Only critique is if they can use hair that doesn’t tangle as much for the loose hair. The braids are amazing! But the loose hair can get matted. Overall, Get the boho braids! It’s so worth it!!!!

Each braid features subtle variations in curl and wave pattern, creating dimension and movement that mimics hand-braided salon installs. With a low sheen and low luster finish, they deliver a natural, believable texture that blends beautifully and photographs effortlessly.

Unlike traditional salon goddess braids that require 6–8 hours of installation, Boho Goddess Braids® can be completed in under two hours using a simple crochet method. The braids themselves are fully reusable, making them a practical yet elevated protective styling staple.

For added softness and movement, optional wavy “mermaid” hair can be incorporated into your install. Wear them with waves for a romantic finish, or without for a more understated bohemian silhouette.

HOW TO USE

Boho Goddess Braids® are pre-looped for crochet installation and can be installed at home or by a professional stylist.

After cornrowing your natural hair as a base, use a crochet needle to loop and secure each braid. Most customers complete their install in under two hours.

For added softness and volume, incorporate the optional wavy mermaid hair throughout the install. This step is entirely optional and allows you to customise the final look.

After purchase, you’ll receive guidance on preparation, installation, maintenance, and removal — so you can confidently reinstall the braids in the future.

CARE

Boho Goddess Braids® are designed for up to 12 weeks of wear per install and can be reused multiple times with proper care.

They are water-friendly and suitable for washing, swimming, workouts, and holidays. To maintain the natural texture:

  • Gently cleanse the scalp with diluted shampoo
  • Allow braids to fully air dry
  • Use a lightweight mousse to refresh texture
  • Wrap with a satin scarf at night

After removal, ensure the braids are completely dry before storing neatly for future use.

Note: The optional wavy mermaid hair is not reusable.

"I have been looking at the Boho Goddess Braids in toffee, 22” for a while. I read all the reviews and went with other Locs but these just kept calling to me. The hair is great … the color is the perfect tone for my mocha chocoa-latte skin color … it is FABULOUS … as always, the quality of the hair is exceptional. So far is easy to manage just like all the other Boho Locs I have tried. This is definitely a signature look for me!! I even added some other boho Locs to this set for some contrast and texture! Cheap quality

"I was so excited to try these when they finally came in. The quality looked okay at first, but after getting installed and then the next day, the hair already started getting matted. I ended up taking the unbraided extensions out because they were just getting knotted and frizzy into the braids. The quality of the braids also just started getting really bad. For the amount of money I paid for these, I was expecting really great quality fake hair. Maybe the locs might be good quality, but I don’t think the braids are worth the spend. I was really looking forward to supporting this brand, but won’t be purchasing from them again."

"I was really excited about this hair and I hoped it would look great because it looked great on the models. When I received it disappointment set it. The braids were super frizzy. I had them installed anyway and became even more disappointed. I had to detangle my hair several times a day. It became frustrating. I will not purchase again."

not worth the money

"I’m so disappointed with the pack of braids I received. The braids are loose and frayed, like someone wore them out for a couple of months before packaging and sending them to me. I don’t even want to install them because I know they will look worse in just a few weeks and they’re already pretty bad. Such a disappointment. Not worth the $200 I spent. That being said, I LOVE the majesty twists! I was hoping the braids would be of similar quality. I currently have the twists in Lit and I get compliments EVERY DAY. My advice: save your money for individual salon braids or, if you really want to buy from this brand, try another style (anything non-mermaid. I’ve used it before with the goddess locs and the mermaid hair is also terrible quality.) I only gave two stars for how fast it shipped. I live in California and got my braids in a few days."

"The braids are ok. They are looser than I expected but cute nonetheless. The goddess hair is synthetic of course so it tangles almost instantly so I suggest not using the part unless you really have too. Does come with layers as well."

"My long awaited boho goddess braids in Toffee finally arrived two days ago! I installed them today and I am star struck at how pretty they are! Every braid is unique. I love the soft waves at the end of each braid. This color is 🔥. I'm so happy. I have allergy issues, so I presoaked them in vinegar and washed them before installing. I let them drip dry as well. Please get them back in stock soon! Sorry for the no makeup photo! I couldn't wait to get a pic of these beauties."
