We are always here to help you! Thank you for shopping at Boho Locs.
If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase we invite you to review our policy on Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations.
EXCHANGES
While we do not offer refunds we are happy to offer exchanges within a 40 day window from your order date.
Any right of exchange will be met by the issuing of a set of replacement Boho Locs up to the same value of your order. If they products you are wanting to exchange for costs more we will send a Paypal invoice for the difference.
If you order a set of replacement Boho Locs that are lesser in value to your original order, we will refund you the difference via your initial payment method.
CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGES
In order to exercise Your right of exchange, You must inform us of your decision within 40 days of the order date by email. Hit us up at info@boholocs.com with your order number in the subject heading and let us know what product you would like to exchange for! We will then provide you with the next steps and the return shipping details.
EXCHANGES ELIGIBILITY
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a exchange/credit note, please make sure that:
- The products were purchased in the last 40 days
- The hair and all its contents are in the original packaging
- The original shipping slip & invoice has been included
- A photo of the receipt with the tracking number has been submitted
- The item you want to swap the Goods for has not been launched in the last 30 days
The following Goods cannot be exchanged:
- The hair has been worn in any way.
- The hair has been cut in any way.
- Any of the hair in the pack is missing.
- The gold ties in the packaging have been cut.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
SHIPPING YOUR BOHO LOCS BACK TO US
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning your locs to us.
Sadly, we cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a credit without actual receipt of the Goods.

In the event of canceling your order; please email us at info@boholocs.com - include the word CANCEL in your subject line along with your order number and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Our Human Hair Mermaid Locs, exclusively available in the captivating Midnight color, offer a captivating transformation, blending the beauty of Goddess Locs with the natural allure of curly and wavy virgin human hair.
This unique style is achieved through an individual crochet install method, providing maximum styling versatility.
Up to 60 Goddess Locs form the base, while 2 bundles of luxurious virgin human hair are expertly blended to create flowing waves and curls.
Our locs are around 1cm thick and flaunt an eclectic curl pattern that's as distinctive as you are. No two locs share the same dance of kinks and curls, creating an effortlessly natural look.
Our virgin hair is as unique as our locs with no 2 strands having the same curl pattern for a look that is breathtakingly beautiful, eyecatching and unique. The bundles will be of varying lengths and will be selected to work with your locs by our founder Lulu.
These beautiful locs are in our bespoke color Midnight which is a classic jet black for timeless elegance in every season. The virgin hair is undyed and is a natural dark brown / black.
The length is 14” which normally falls around shoulder to armpit length which offers versatility with lots of styling options. It’s also possible to purchase additional volume packs with this look if you want an extra full look.
