It's safe to say that 2021 was the year that BOHO did it BIG!
Not only did we introduce the sisterhood to some fly new styles (that we all quickly fell in love with!), but we even brought back some of our limited edition looks and sold-out favorites.
The best part about us going all out this year is that it doesn't stop here! We have so much more in store for the Boho Clique. But first, let's celebrate all we've accomplished as a tribe this year.

Choc Bronde Xtra Goddess Locs
We kicked off the new year doing what we love to do most: looking good and being undeniably extra while doing it!
And our 26" Choc Bronde Xtra Goddess Locs was the perfect look to start it all off. A custom hybrid of sun-kissed browns and darker blondes, these long, chocolate-hued Goddess Locs looked truly stunning on every shade of melanin.
Distressed Edit: 2 Styles, 1 Kit
What's better than slaying one look? Slaying two! Our Distressed Edit made that possible when it brought us 2 styles in 1 kit.
Yes, you read that correctly: we offered up 2 styles all in one. You could first wear our Queen, Beach, Goddess, or Majesty styles in their natural glory, and then create a second look by distressing them using our Boho Wrapping Hair!
Said Buh Bye To Empress Locs
It's always sad to see a beloved style go, but our OG Boho Empress Locs had to say bye-bye to us this March. When you think back, these beautifully thin, realistically textured locs gave us some of our best style moments in 2020! But truly, it was time to introduce the girls to something that was fresh, unique, and had a little more personality.
Boho Short Bob In Goddess & Majesty Styles Drops in a Range of Colors
We wasted no time bringing in the fun and flirty vibes for the spring season with our Boho Short Bob in Goddess Locs and Majesty Twists! This style is 10" long, but is somehow still ultra chic and bold no matter how you rock it. From the warm browns in Bronde to the cool, salt-pepper highlights in Storm, our Boho Short Bobs had a little something for everybody.
Moved to Your Own Beat with 3 HOT Styles in New Colors and Various Lengths
Needless to say, we were really feeling ourselves in May! Dropping new, updated styles every month is one thing, but dropping three hot styles back to back in a single month? Sis, all of us were definitely in Boho Locs heaven! Just to refresh your memory, it was:
- Short Bob Fantasy Edition: These fantasy colors brought the melanin-friendly rainbow to Boho Locs with vibrant shades like Ocean's Green, Electric Blue, and Purple Haze.
- Beach Hot Blaze: Our bohemian, carefree Boho Beach Locs got a dark, sexy twist when introduced them in a super sultry dark brown to burnt orange ombre called Hot Blaze.
- Boho Queen in Bey Blonde: Bey-Blonde is one of our most beloved tones, but it was really to die for when our Lisa Bonet-inspired Boho Queen Locs took on the hot shade.
Re-released Butterfly Locs
Nobody does Butterfly Locs like Boho and so we had to re-release them for the girls! And great timing too because a gorgeous set of highly textured, layered Boho Butterfly Locs is the perfect look to kick off the summer season. From sexy, yet classy jet black Midnight, to the beachy blondes in Light, our Butterfly Locs had the tribe serving looks all season long!
Biggest Restock Ever! Bringing Back Our Favorite Limited Edition & Sold Out Styles
August was the month when we heard you loud and clear, and brought back all of our longtime loves—just for the gang! Our biggest restock ever featured some of our favorite limited edition and sold out styles such as Beach Hot Fudge Goddess Locs, Bronde Xtra Goddess Locs, Lit Mermaid Locs, just to name a few.
FIRE & DESIRE - Our Latest Drop That Brought Back A Cult Fav (Flames!)
Black women deserve to live in luxury and nothing says "luxurious" more than these super hot styles from our Fire & Desire collection. Characterized by rich ginger, red and burgundy tones, these styles really turned up the heat in the middle of fall! Plus, we got to welcome back three crowd-pleasers: Flames, Hot Sauce, and Naturel Majesty Twists.
Whew! Boho Locs really did our thing this year, and we wouldn't be here without the Boho Sisterhood's continued support!
